Dear Customer Service Staff,
Boswell & Sons bought an Olympic Systems, Version PRS-2 CD-ROM drive from your store in November 12-15, 2006, in your pre-Christmas sale, when it was marked down to $199. 96. We didn't use the device until January, because it was bought intended for my assistant, who unexpectedly took half a dozen weeks' keep from mid-November through January. You can imagine her frustration once she 1st tried utilizing it and that didn't operate.
On January, we took the drive towards the authorized support center and were certain that the problem was just a loose connection. The service representative fixed the travel, but in Apr we had realistically well, even though the response time is at times slow. Two months ago, the drive ended working once again. Once more, the service agent blamed a loose interconnection and made the repair. Even though the drive is working today it isn't functioning very well. The response time is still gradual, and the motor seems to move sometimes. What is the policy on exchanging bad merchandise? Even though all the fixes have been comparatively minor and have been covered by the one-year warrantee, we are unsatisfied with the drive. We would like to change it for the similar version from another manufacturer. If the new travel costs more than the old 1, we are going to pay the difference, though we generally look for products with hefty business special discounts. Boswell & Sons has been doing business along with your store to get six years and until now has always been satisfied with your goods. We are relying on you to live up to your status for standing behind your products. You should, let us hear from you quickly. Sincerely,
